Facing a deadline five weeks away, we divided our tasks into two sprints, each guided by many discrete tasks that pushed the process forward.
To serve as an information hub for incoming international students from China, in addtion to the current unviersity website.
To better disseminate information to international students and to help them better utilize campus resources and smoothly transit to college.
Team distributed in China, Australia, and the U.S., all with limited availabilities but facing a tight deadline.
No prior website development experience or front-end coding skills for the team.
With help from Agile, a powerful project management approach, and a varity of whiteboard tools (Github, Zenhub, Slack), our team carved out a plan that was divided in sprints and guided by tasks.

With school starting and the five of our team members resuming our academic career, Agile allows us to make continuous improvements throughout the semester, as we design, plan, and implement user stories while they related to mobile clients and user interface.
